One of the harder custom toys to make are cars, because of the attention to detail required at the same quality of real cars.  To make it harder try making an obscure truck like a logging truck and a log loader and you'll realize the attention of detail that toy customizer Jeff Tellefsens gone into to make these works of art.  Here is the gallery of his designs and they are available for sale directly from him.
